After several hours on the phone with Barnes and Noble tech support, I still have not been able to open books using the iPad app. They appear in the library inside the app but I get an error message when I try to open them. (The iPhone app works fine, but it shows two sentences a page.). I have has the SAme problem with multiple books and nothing has worked. I have signed in and out; uninstalled and reinstalled the app, etc. multiple times. Does anyone have any suggestions?
