Hi, I'm Cheryl and it's nice to meet you all. I ended up here trying to find out what the heck is up with Mirrors of Albion. I use an iPad 2 . I have spent a lot of time and money on this game and now it won't even load. Shows the front page for a few seconds then goes right back to the iPad screen. I have contacted Game Insight (co. that "claims" this game) 3 times but no response. Any ideas ? Ty in advance an sorry if this is the wrong place for this topic. Cheryl

This game crashing seems to be an issue since the last update. I can't help you with MoA itself, hopefully the developers are already working to fix this problem.

What you could do (and should do regularly) are the usual fixes (apologies if you already know them):

Restart your iPad: turn it off, then on again.

Reset your device: press and hold Home and Power button at the same time until the Apple logo appears. As soon as the logo shows up, release both and let the iPad power up on it's own. (You won't lose any information by performing this kind of reset.)

Force close apps:
iOS 6: double tap Home button to reveal the multitask bar, press and hold an app icon until they start to wiggle, delete the icons.
iOS 7: same procedure to show the multitask bar, then slide thumbnails above the app icons towards the top of the screen.

It would appear that these problems may have been caused by the recent update....I see that you have contacted the Developer which is the best way forward....it should only be a matter of time until they do fix this bug.

In the meantime the tips JA has given you are the best steps to take to try to rectify the problem. Do them in this order though.
Close apps
Restart
Reset.
