Finally found a great note taking app, has sweet levels of organization and audio video and text boxes!!! The pen is a bit slow but I emailed them and they assured me they are working on it. It is only version 1.2 also they said they are working on PDF implementation as of right now you can only back up to drop box and or use itunes file sharing but they are working on an OPEN IN feature!!! Note binder is the best note taker I have found
