Notes App

I received an iPad3 for work. I am in sales and was looking at note taking apps. I saw an app that allowed you to
manually write your notes. The app would allow you to convert your hand written notes to text and if desired move the
text to a template to be emailed or saved. Does anyone know the name of that app?

Have you tried a search in the app store? I typed in note taking and got a selection of a 102 apps
