Notification for app updates

I have notifications for updates to two apps now that are only applicable to iOS5. What do we do now about these notifications?? Are we going to be stuck just having to look at the numbers on the app icon and wade through all the rest that will undoubtedly be coming along in a similar manner to find those that we can use?

You don't suppose Apple thought we were all going to dash to the iOS5 table immediately? Or could that be another way of goading us over our jailbreaking "inpropriety?"
