Office2HD for Ipad - link to Google Docs

I have purchased Office2HD for my iPad and am following the instructions to link to my Google Docs account. I put in my email and password as directed but am getting the message "Credentials Failed - There was a problem connecting to or validating your credentials with the server." All other aspects of the app are functioning ok - i.e. I can email a document and open and edit it in the app, I just can't do this via google on the cloud. Any ideas?

Looks like they've got a pretty good support. If you haven't checked there you might find what you need; and you can always email them a question if it's not in their user guide or FAQ.

Anyway, it is something to do until someone who has the app comes along, hopefully with an answer.
