Hi,
I recently downloaded several programmes from iTunes onto my iPad 2. I could watch these in video. I have just downloaded some more programmes from iTunes. I open videos and the new programmes are present within videos, but the thumbnail for the old tv programmes (star trek is not present. I have restarted the iPad and reloaded videos and the thumbnail for the old programmes is still missing. I checked video in settings and it shows the old programmes as still being present in memory.
Could anyone please give me some advice on how I can access my programmes. How do I get the thumbnail back so that I can view my programmes?
- all downloads were from iTunes and were successfully downloaded
- in total I downloaded 13 new programmes on my second download
- programmes now take up about 6GB of memory - is this a problem
Thank you in advance to anyone whom responds.
