online pdf file with movie on a ipad

Hi all,

I have a problem and I hope you can help me. I want to place an pdf file with a movieclip on the internet which I can read on an ipad.

- How can I do this ?
- What kind of video (.mov .flv or .mp4) do I need to insert in my pdf file ?
- Do I have to convert my pdf file to something else to see the pdf with the movie on my ipad ?
