Open .exe files on ipad2?

ant to watch tv on ipad2, downloaded file to FileApp, says cannot open file.

Exe isnt an Apple thing. iOS doesnt work lie that. You've obviuosly very minimal ipad experience.

So you want to watch tv on your ipad 2?

first off, let me ask you some obvious, but very iportant questions -

1) what type of tv, live or prerecorded downloads?
2) where are you from? What country?
3) home grown current stuff, or crappy old imports or foreign stuff?

Im in the uk for instance and have 4 or 5 ipad apps (all free) available for me to insantly download to watch live tv on 24/7.
