Open Safari in other program

Hi... When i traid to open Safari in my Ipad2 the ipad open another window (youtube) and i cant not open any page.. Any one have and idea and help me???

Have you tried turning the iPad off properly then restarting it?

Restart: Hold down the power button until the power off slider appears. Slide it off. When the iPad finishes shutting down, hold down the power button again until the Apple logo appears.

Reset: Hold down the power and home buttons until the Apple logo appears. The iPad will reboot. This usually takes a bit longer than a restart.

Hi... Thanks for answer.... yes i do few times and when i traid to use safari is the same, safari open a page but i change to youtube again and i can use Safari
