Outitgoes webmail and email attachments help

I have an outitgoes mail address for may company and will be working on site for the next few months taking my trust iPad. But I am unable to load this account to my standard mail app and so can only view through a search engine (safari or google) but when I check email I can open any attachment which is the most important thing.

Please can someone help me this one
