The new Skype integration in Outlook for iOS must be manually turned on by flipping the new Skype Meeting switch to the ON position when creating or editing an event. Microsoft said the following about this new feature:
“Now when you say ‘I’m joining the call now’, you’ll actually mean it,”
There's also a brand new three-day view in Outlook’s calendar. In order to access it, tap on the view icon in the top-right corner of your calendar.
