Outlook for ipad2

Hi I'm Steve. I'm looking for the best calendar management system. We use MS Outlook in the office so I guess that it what I should use for my work iPad2. Does anyone in cyber land have an alternate suggestion, or, can you suggest the best Outlook software download for iPad 2? Thanks for the input.
