I contacted Apple support, I spent 45 minutes at the phone waiting to talk with a human. Eventually I talked with two humans, who were not able to solve my problem, they gave me a Case Number. 4 weeks have passed, and I have not heard about a bug fix. I gave up on iCloud.. I have seen the prototype Windows 8 tablet, looks good, unfortunately it is many months out. I like the iPad2 but you can't rely on a product for which support is worthless.
