You are right it is not easy to find the © copyright symbol from the onscreen iPad keypad. If you have the Mac wireless keypad you should be able to insert it with OPTION G. I just created a quick work around for you if you do not have an Apple keypad. Just send yourself a quick email message with the © symbol in it. Copy and paste into you Word document. Change the font (STYLE) if needed the regular way. More on copy right symbols and how to generate them.
