help I have forgot my passcode. On my I phone. I am down to11 minutes can anyone help thanks.otherwise I will chuck my phone iPhone 5s thanks

Which passcode? Apple ID, iCloud, or the unlock passcode?

Unfortunately, the only way to get your iPad into working condition is to erase it and set it up from a backup made before you chose the forgotten passcode or set it up as new. If set up as new, all data will be lost unless it was backed up elsewhere.
