How do i do to save my passwords on Safari browser ?

Settings from your Home screen then tap Safari / AutoFill. Make sure: *Names and Passwords* is turned ON.

You may need to tap: *Clear All* to refresh, then open Safari. Navigate to your site with a password prompt, enter your login information, then click Yes when prompted.

No web based flash on IOS devices.

You may have to download Photon Flash Web Browser. It supports flash player. There may be others but that's the one I know of
