Password program suggestions?

I want a simple password storage program. Im testing Data Vault on my PC and I like it (especially the part where I can click on save the login page and it creates a new entry) but I don't like the part about having to buy two versions, one for my PC and one for the IPAD.

Any recommendations for a simple program I can back up to my PC?

1password is the best I have it on iPhones, iPad and my MacBook all sync fine via wifi
