Patch to make the mute switch rotate lock again?

Sorry if this has been, answered...I looked a little bit but wasn't sure what to search for. Is there anything on cydia that fixes the stupid update for a mute switch?

iOS 4.3 will allow the user to select the function of the switch. Of course if you upgrade to iOS 4.3, you will lose your jailbreak!

I bought my iPad last month and was frustrated with this mute switch and I knew that the original switch lock the rotation. Thanks to this thread I downloaded nomute switch and it works great. I love my iPad and this just made it better.
