PDF editor for Ipad2

Hi,

Is there an application that would allow me to edit text on existent pdf files?
I really need to delete, move and add new text.

Pages, docs to go, and office2 HD might let you do that. As they support various formats for editing, I know there's a specific PDF editing app but can't exactly remember the name.

Pages will not import PDF. It will only export them.
