Need to be able to actually fill out PDF forms and email the out etc. Any feedback for me on how and what app might be best?

Note Taker HD allows you to import PDFs which you can then edit, either by adding handwriting with your finger or a stylus, or with text. You can then email these amended PDFs.

PDF Expert is one of the better choices for this. It's the only one I know of that will fill out active fields in a PDF (the kind that you click on to fill out on the computer).

PDF Expert will do flat forms (basically scanned pages) as well, and does a good job of it.

Pretty sure all it does is create PDFs from other formats. You'd have to copy them back to another app for annotation, etc.

It does look interesting, despite this, but at the price I'll wait for them to work the bugs out. $10 isn't all that much, but I don't actually need it for anything at the moment, so no rush.

I will take a look at all of the suggestions thus far. Thanks to all.
