Hi: I'm Peter from London and Houston. Bought my iPad a couple of months ago and love it. Particularly iBooks and FaceTime. I joined this site in order to find out new things about iPad. I have an iPhone so am reasonably familiar with Apps, but I am sure that there are all sorts of applications with iPad that I am not yet aware of. I look forward to learning from other folks on this site. Cheers, Peter.

It's easiest to go to your computer for this. Login to IPF, click on User CP tab up on top, then Edit Avatar on the left hand column. I've heard there *are* other ways of doing this from your iPad, but they involve safety pins and blow-torches. ;)

Good to hear from you. You’ll find a whole bunch of iPad enthusiasts in this Forum who are only too willing to help other iPad owners and to hear of their experiences. Don’t be afraid to post any questions you may have or use the ‘Search’ button near the top of the Forum web page. I usually find I discover one new interesting and useful piece of information about my iPad every day - and often not even what I was looking for!!

Hope to hear from you soon with your thoughts about the iPad.

Have fun and enjoy your iPad

If you don’t already have it you can download a copy of the iPad manual for free.

Please read the rules too!!
