Phone booth - thermal imaging?

Hi Folks,

Wondered if anyone with an Ipad2 has used the the Phone Booth Ap to do any thermal imaging - such as an energy audit on a house - or am I just dreaming?

Thermal imaging isn't possible with a normal camera. The app your talking about, and others that claim to do this don't actually do so and often work by making the hot object the area that has the highest light intensity. Because heat doesn't always mean light you'd never be able to do this to find a true representation of thermal imaging on something like a house, or a person for that matter.

or to put it another way, it's just pretend! :D

I've got to hand it to you. That's a pretty good way of putting it. All that typing for nothing ;).
