Photo app please help

I'm looking for an app I can crop a photo then paste on to another photo
Had a quick look but didn't see any thing. I've got a program on the computer think its adobe you can crop resize
And paste adding several layers
Hope someone can help

Try the free app: "PS Photo Express". I think might do what you're describing.

I don't have it myself, yet, but Adobe Photoshop Touch is probably your best bet.
