Photo folders - copy / paste / new?

I assume that you can only manipulate your photo folders via the ipad interface with a jailbreak. Is this true?

What apps are available (if any) for this?

What I'd like to do is grab photos from my "saved images" folder and add them to existing folders or create new ones. Also would like to be able to delete images from folders, etc. Seems such a simple task and I am very disappointed this is not a standard option.

As far as I know no apps exist for this yet.

It's something I'm wanting too.

Gotta use iTunes, even with jailbreak. Unless there is some updated JB app that I don't know about.

This is exactly what I was trying to do just yesterday. I ended up setting up a folder and managing it by iTunes.
