i tried to transfer some photos and videos and i copied the files on the right folder (media>DCIM or something like that) but i dont get any pictures appearing on the photo folder? why is that?

I can't use the camera connection kit though i have it because i am on 4.3 jailbreak and for a reason it is not functioning. In this version i can't find the essential upgrade on cydia so as to function properly

PhotoSync (no dash) will allow the transfer of pictures from device to device (directly) as well as between devices and computers. It is not free, but it is universal, so you only need to buy it once for both iDevices. There is also a free computer program to make it easier to use that way.
