Pictures on startup

Just went and started up a new session and the photo icon is to the right of the slide bar. You push it and boom all your pictures are there for all to see. Even if you have a password. How do I take this off the screen

In your pass code lock settings, turn the picture frame option off.

While I got you is there a way to move pictures from one album to another

All my photos have been added from my camera, so I'm not sure this works for imported with sync photos. Open photos - tap albums - tap edit. Now you can choose an album or make a new one. You'll choose photos from the camera roll. When you choose an album you can also choose photos to delete from it. This will not delete from the camera roll, only the album.

This works unless you have synced the photos, in which case the synced album will be grayed out.
