Playing Downloaded Movies and the iPad Camera Adaptor

I have only had my iPad2 for a few days and am having loads of fun however I am looking for a means of playing movies I have downloaded vie Fileshare etc.

To date I have bought Movie Player but this needs some improvement for example let you resize the viewing image.

I also bought the camera adaptor so that I can read SD cards, this was a challenge but I won though in the end.

Has anyone got any advice or need any help with the camera adaptor?
