Playing Flash On Jailbroken Ipad?

Is It Possible to play Flash Videos online with my Ipad, now that it is Jailbroken?

Flash has been put on the iPad (kinda).
It works for playing some basic flash games, but not video. It is very complicated to do, for such a little reward.

sometimes i wish i had flash for some music players (for when my bandmates upload stuff to places around the net) to be able to play a recorded idea over wifi should be a feature on an ipad, at least that's my opinion. basic functionality. is there a writeup of this somewhere?
