Please help

I am useless with my iPad and need some help please,well the first problem is even though my Bluetooth Is on my phone and IPad won't pair up,anyone got any suggestions apart from whack it with a big hammer!
Also some web pages just won't load on my iPad but i can view them on my p.c
See told you I am useless and I bet it is something simple,,,,,please help

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

Whacking your iPad with a hammer is a little drastic I think. Sorry but these 2 will not pair with Bluetooth. An iPad can only pair with keyboards and Bluetooth headsets. There are however some game apps that can be used to pair the two devices for the purpose of playing the game.
Maybe these web pages you are trying to view are for flash enabled browsers only. There are workarounds for this and they can be viewed here
