Hello and welcome to the forum!

To post a 'new' thread, first select an appropriate forum - see first image below where I selected the 'iPad Air 2 Forum' - then on the far right, select 'Post New Thread'; a new dialog box will appear (see second image) - follow the numbered steps. NOTE - these images are from the iPad Forums website via a browser on my laptop - I do not use the iPad App for this forum, so may be different. Good luck. Dave
