Potential new ipad2/3 owner

Hi, first I hope to get answers here to any queries I might have with regards to deciding which ipad2/3 to buy.
My first question is:
Can I bring my ipad to Holland and Germany and hook up to a 3g/4g service there?

Yes that should be fine as long as you don't buy the Verizon iPad.
