According to French Apple website iGen.fr, pricing for the stainless steel Apple Watch may start at $500, while pricing for the gold Apple Watch pricing could start between $4,000 and $5,000. If this turns out to be true, then Apple's first smartwatch will be available for a slightly bigger price than it was initially believed.
Apple initally announced that the Apple Watch would start at $350, and many believed that this was the price of the aluminum model. At the time, the price of the gold Apple Watch was said to be somewhere between $1,000 or as high as $5,000.
The French website also indicates that Apple still aims to release the Apple Watch by Valentine's Day 2015. However, recently, Apple Senior Vice President of Retail and Online Stores Angela Ahrendts said the Watch would release in Spring 2015, so Apple fans are probably a little confused at the moment.
