Printing from Ipad

I have a new IPad and love it. I have a wi fi printer. when I try to print from IPad it says It can't find the printer which is in the same room. I can't figure out how to get it find it. Can anyone please help!

I ended up getting Print n Share and it found my wifi printer and works like a charm!
