I’m making a Cordova based app for travel itinearies with help from Phonegap. When finished, the app is meant to be for my private use only, just downloaded solely to my two ipads, and to function offline. Is this possible without signing up for an individual developer account at $99 per year with Apple and without any jailbreak?
