Problem emerging during set up New Ipad

Dear All,

While set up New Ipad several problems emerged which I can't solve on my own.
Scrolling pages doesn't work and besides requires one click and then double click to enter in any program.
How can these problems be solved? please let me know.

What do you mean by scrolling pages? Inside a web browser?

You should not have to double click to open an app. Perhaps you are not making good contact. Do you have a film over your screen?
