Problem getting new apps to dl and install on new ipad

I share one iTunes's with 3 iPads. Any new apps I get only dl and install on the ipad2 not on my new iPad – HD

Yes I did, after I posted. But still nothing.

I can do search for the app and I guess it pulls the app from the I tunes but does not install it on this iPad. When I check perchied it is frayed and says it is installed but it is. Only installed in other iPad.
