Lowes has a free magazine called Lowes creative ideas. They had issues after the last apple iOS update but claim they are fixed now...however each time I try to download the latest issue it just tells me "purchase failed"???? Even though this is a free magazine and there is no purchase required. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it a few times but each time it's the same....any ideas?
