In all my mail accounts both hotmail and gmail the message header is pulled/pushed but the body of the message is not downloaded. Please help
Suggest a complete restart of the mail program. This requires it be removed from running as a background app which is a function of iOS multitasking. To do this perform the following:
Double tap the home button from the iPad desktop.
A shelf will appear with icons of the most recently used iPad apps.
Locate the mail icon and long press it until it begins to wobble and exhibits a red minus sign on the icon.
Now release and tap the red minus sign on the mail icon and it will disappear from the shelf. You have just removed the email app from RAM. You did NOT delete the app, it remains on your desktop. Also suggest tapping red minus sign on all icons on the background apps task shelf. Doing so causes no harm and basically flushes RAM on he iPad giving the iPad a fresh starting point upon power cycling.
Now tap the home button to return to the home screen. The shelf will vanish.
Now power cycle the iPad by long pressing the power button until the power down slider appears. Once it appears swipe right to shut down the iPad. The screen will go black and a spinning wheel will appear in the center of the screen. This is an indication that the iPad is performing a controlled shutdown. The time the spinning wheel remains visible varies on the amount of cleanup required for the shutdown.
Once the wheel vanishes the iPad is OFF, not sleeping. So now power back up by long pressing the power button until the apple logo appears on your screen. Allow the iPad to restart, once at the desktop open email and you should be good to go.
