I downloaded this game and played for several days, and then it started to update and never stopped updating! Now it downloads, starts updating and then closes. Called Apple. They suggested removing the app and rebooting it. It didn't help. Also tried syncing it from Facebook, and now can't play on FB either. Have checked on the Zynga site and no help listed. Any suggestions?

Hi and welcome to the Forum!
Ever since the last update this app has been causing troubles, we have a thread here if you do a search but there is no answer until the developer fixes it. The best thing is to close the app completely then relaunch it.
From the home screen do the four finger swipe up or double press the home button to reveal your multi task bar. These are all the apps that you have opened at one time. Long press the app until it jiggles and a red minus sign will appear above it. Press the minus sign, this will close the app, not delete it. It's a good idea to close all these apps regularly, it helps the iPad run smoothly.

There is a wealth of information already here in the many threads we have so doing some searches will answer most of the questions you have. If then you cannot find the answer you are seeking then by all means post your question. There are many friendly and informed members here only too willing to help you.
