problems replying to fsmail.net (webmail) messages

I have an ipad retina and I cannot reply to my emails. When I click to reply the user box etc is shown but there is no text box in which to type my reply. I use webmail - fsmail.net. Anyone else had this problem and found an answer?

I would first reset the iPad, which often makes it straighten up and fly right.
Simultaneously hold down the On/Off and Home buttons until the screen blacks out. Keep holding both until the white Apple logo appears and then let both go. Then wait until your wallpaper appears. Restart your iPad.
