Hello,
I'm new to this site and I have very recently become the proud owner of an iPad 2. I am having problems watching videos on my new iPad and any help would be much appreciated.
I have put some episodes of tv programmes (originally downloaded from iTunes) on my iPad and started watching them in the Videos app. After a little while the screen froze and wouldn't play anymore. After some research on the web it seems this is not an uncommon problem and I tried several solutions suggested (refreshing the app, resetting settings, searching with spotlight and then playing, reloading from iTunes), all to no avail.
I also downloaded the Movie Player app and transferred my tv programmes. This won't even start to play them so I wonder if there is a problem with the file format type.
I am travelling on a trans Atlantic flight on Saturday and would love to be able to rely on my iPad to get me through the boredom of the flight!
Many thanks in advance.
