Proxy for ipad 2

Hi Everyone
I am an American living in Germany with an IPad 2. I wanted to get Hotspot Shield for my Pandora and ABC App that i downloaded from the app store. However i found out that Hotspotshield Shield is unavailable for iPad. Is there another Option to get my Apps outside the usa to work? I would really appreciate any help.
