Purchased apps not showing in my settings

I recently purchasde themailonline app and successfully update and read the latest news. However, when I try and increase the text/font size it does not work. What is more baffling is that when I go to settings the app is not showing in the Left hand corner of the window! Do I need to change something in the settings to get this displayed? Any advice would be really appreciated.

Not all apps appear in 'Settings'. It's up to the Developer whether they choose to edit settings in the app, in 'Settings' or in both.
