For example, I use my iTunes Account to buy and download a certain App for my iPad. Then I want to put that same app to my Aunt's iPad. Should I just login in the App Store using my iTunes Account and download it? I mean there will be no limits to how many iPads I download it to right or is there?

I hope not. What if you own 100 different devices?
Remember your aunt will need to know your password to ever update the game.

iOS 6 no longer requires a password to update an app.

Did you get a little bored over on the other side? ;)

Nope. Watching "Diamonds are Forever" and decided to see if I could answer any simple questions. Notice I left the hard and boring stuff to you :p

Well this woman is going to bed soon...so I might have to leave it to you! ;) just have to watch the final inning of the World Series.

I know but it's okay right? I mean, I won't encounter problems aside from that password thingy?

There will no problem. You cqn download an app to your aunt's iPad. If her iPad is on iOS 6, then she can do the updates for that app without needing your password. If she is on iOS 5.1.1 or lower, you will have to enter your password in order to do any updates.
