Question help iPad Mini

Sorry noob here I have a iPad Mini and the sleep wake button is kinda lose and rattles and the vibrate is lose now on my iPhone 4 the buttons are lose as we'll is this normal thank you for the help in advance

No, it is not normal for these buttons to be loose or rattle. Amazing that you have this on two apple devices.

None of my iDevices have loose buttons so I would suggest making an appointment at the Genius Bar for a trip to the Apple Store.
