Questions from a new <apple> user

Hi Guys/Gals,

I'm brand new to the IPod/IPad world. I brought an IPod touch for my daughter and its simply a great device. Very easy to use, user friendly and iTunes great! Anyway now I have an iPad and questions.

1) Is there a way to sync songs on my iPad and not have them sync on the iPod?


2) What is airplay?

3) What is apple tv?

4) At best buy the iPad had garage band and iMovie are these free add ons?


I'm sure I'll have a TON of questions for you guys.

imovie and garage band are NOT free.

iTunes will recognise your iPod and iPad as separate devices and treat them so
