Reading HTML files on iPad

Hi,

I just got my iPad today, and bought the GoodReader App. I have a bunch of HTML files (along with the corresponding folder containing the images, scripts etc) downloaded on my PC.

My question is, how do I transfer and read the HTML files with the images displayed correctly? It seems like I can only transfer the files (HTML, jpg etc) one-by-one, which doesn't seem practical.
