Reading raw file

Hi is there any apps or does new ipad can read raw file ? And is there any apps to edit raw file thank you

I'm not sure about apps to edit RAW, but I have used the native photos app to view raw files I imported from my Sony a700 with the camera connection kit. It works quite well, in fact. My iPad is my favorite new tool for viewing and culling photos before importing them to my computer to process.
