Refund of purchased application?

Hi everybody,

I don't know if this is the right section in the forum to post my question, but anyway . . today I purchased Polaris Office application from App Store, unfortunately it does not support Arabic language although my iPad 3 support it.

So, is there a possibility to refund the money or change the application with other one.

I paid by iTunes Gift Card.

Apple normally will not refund an App Store purchase. They have on occasion done so but it has been rare and on a case by case basis. You can request a refund, explain your case and see how it goes. Another option is contacting the App manufacturer.

Thank you for quick response, I used report a problem via PC iTunes and told they will send an email within 24 hours.
